Prompt Process Assistance & Investigations (PPA-I) provides a full range of professional investigative services tailored to meet the needs of individuals, attorneys, businesses, and government entities. Our pricing is based on industry standards and reflects the level of skill, technology, and discretion required for each assignment.

Billing & Minimums

Standard Hourly Rate: $125/hour (4-hour minimum for most investigations)
Mileage: $0.70/mile per investigator
Report Fee: $125 per case (included in most investigations)
Deposits: Required for GPS rentals and certain custom services
Retainer Minimum is the cost of a package or a the estimated cost of a complete investigation/surveillance up to $5000.00.

Unless otherwise agreed, all time and mileage are calculated from the time the investigator leaves our office until their return. Rates may vary based on the complexity, location, urgency, and risk involved in the case.

Flat Rate & Tiered Services. Contract required for all cases except process serving.

Some services, such as background checks, process serving, skip traces, and social media scans, are offered at flat rates for transparency and simplicity.

Premium & Specialty Cases

Complex or high-risk cases such as murder, suicide, internal fraud, or undercover operations may carry premium rates due to the enhanced skill set, equipment, and risks involved.
